- Tybee Police may fine you for open containers of alcohol on the beach. You must put beverage in a cup. (Yes, this includes canned beer)
- Tybee Police enforce the posted speed limits. The majority of the island is 35 mph or less. Please be aware of Pedestrian Crossing area.
- You may be ticketed or fined or fishing without a fishing license. Licenses are inexpensive and may be purchased at Chu’s Convenience located at North Campbell Street & Hwy. 80
